INFINITY BREATHING BOARDS AND EMOTION FLASH CARDS

Three beautifully designed tools to help children practice their breathing techniques and recognise their emotions.

The infinity or breathing boards are a great way to practice the art of mindfulness and gratitude.  Taking a few minutes out of their day to sit with their board and trace the lines can really help them refocus and keep calm.

Our emotional flashcards are a fantastic resource to help your child start to identify the  different emotions that they feel.  They also make the perfect stocking filler this Christmas.  Each emotion has been beautifully hand drawn with the emotion word underneath in a clear text.  These are an ideal resource for children aged 3 plus.

Emotion pack - Each pack contains 10 emotions.

 Infinity Boards - Small and large are both made from solid beechwood and finished in natural raw oil.
