Feather and Twigs is proud to showcase the beautifully handcrafted pieces from Lucy Kemp Jewellery, a brand born from creativity, resilience, and a touch of serendipity.
Lucy Kemp’s journey began in 2001, following an unexpected career change that led her to explore jewellery making as a hobby. After attending several masterclasses, Lucy found herself captivated by the craft. What started as a few designs made on her kitchen table quickly grew into something much more.
As her creations became more intricate and her tools more demanding, Lucy moved her workspace to the garden shed. But even that couldn’t contain her growing passion. By 2007, Lucy had transformed her hobby into a thriving business, opening a shop and workshop in the charming Cornish town of Hayle.
Her personalised, functional, and contemporary designs quickly gained a loyal local following. As demand grew, so did the business—eventually expanding into separate workshop and retail spaces to accommodate the flourishing brand.
Today, Lucy Kemp Jewellery is known for its elegant simplicity and heartfelt craftsmanship. Each piece tells a story, and we’re thrilled to bring that story to you at Feather and Twigs.

There’s always one, isn’t there?
The dad who insists he doesn’t need a thing.
Who shrugs when you ask what he’d like.
Who quietly fixes, carries, makes, and mends… and asks for nothing in return.
And yet — those are often the dads we want to get right the most.
This Father’s Day, instead of searching for more, we’re choosing meaning. Slower, quieter, more thoughtful gifts that feel like him. The kind that don’t shout, but stay.
