We’re delighted to introduce a new handcrafter to our Feather and Twigs family—Pam Peters Designs, a vibrant fused glass studio rooted in the heart of North Wales. Pam’s journey began in 2014, in a humble ‘Wendy House’ nestled in her garden, where she and a friend first experimented with glass, drawing inspiration from the surrounding wildlife and natural beauty. What started as a creative spark soon blossomed into a flourishing business.
As demand for Pam’s nature-infused designs grew, her daughter Beth joined the adventure during university breaks, helping to expand their offerings and keep up with orders. After graduating with a degree in Contemporary Arts in Practice from Bath Spa University, Beth stepped into the business full-time, bringing fresh ideas and a bold creative energy. Together, they began developing new ranges, investing in more kilns, and steadily growing their network of stockists.
From their early days working out of the family home, Pam Peters Designs has evolved through several studio moves—first to Mochdre, then to their current home in Abergele, with six kilnsÂ
Today, their collection includes everything from delicate floral motifs to the delightfully quirky ‘Crazy Sheep’—a design that never fails to spark conversation. With over 100 UK retailers and a growing international presence, Pam Peters Designs continues to celebrate craftsmanship, colour, and the joyful spirit of handmade art.
