Our parcels to mainland UK are usually sent by courier and are therefore trackable but may require a signature.
Orders for Northern Ireland and UK non-mainland will be sent by Royal Mail and there may be a surcharge for parcels over 2kg so please contact us for a delivery quote.
Please be advised, some of our larger items of furniture, lighting and mirrors are dispatched from a separate location. Therefore, if your order contains both larger and smaller items they may not be delivered together. You will only be charged once for delivery of your complete order.
Please note: Saturday and Sundays are not classed as working days by our delivery carriers.

We’d love to have our products in homes all around the world and therefore welcome international orders. International ordering is simple, orders can be taken online or by phone.
Standard Price £15.90 - £29.90 for small items to Europe and £39.90 to the US and Australia per delivery address. Please be aware delivery times may vary.

Because all our Artisans' designs are carefully handmade, if an item is not in stock we will get in touch with you with expected delivery times.
For items that are in stock, we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.
We will email you to let you know once your order has been dispatched and you will be given a tracking number. If you do not receive the item within five working days of dispatch please contact the courier to check the delivery status.
We cannot accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in an alternative location, for example with a neighbour or in a garage, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.
If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered due to a wrong/incomplete address being given or you are not available to accept delivery, then you will be responsible for the cost of having the item re-dispatched. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for missing or lost items when incorrect/incomplete address details have been provided.
